As described, it fit the camera, condition was excellent, works fine.

I bought the Panasonic LUMIX GX-85 kit which includes the tiny 12-32mm auto focus but manual zoom with works very well, but I did find that having to remove and replace the lens cap all the time was pretty inconvenient. Yes, I know I’m just lazy, but I found this automatic lens cover that is designed for the Olympus 14-42mm EZ lens. I was another review that said it would fit the 12-32mm LUMIX, so I bought one and hoped. It works just fine and eliminates my having to remove and replace the lens cap all the time. It is fully automatic in that when you rotate the lens body from storage mode to the 12mm position the caps shutter opens immediately and you are ready to shoot. Very cool, great product!

I'm using this on the 14-42 EZ kit lens that came with my OMD EM10 Mark 2 camera. This is such a tremendous convenience. You don't have to worry about losing your lens cap, and you don't have to worry about forgetting to put the cap on and thus risking scratches to the lens. And you're more likely to get a picture in time when the moment is fleeting, because you just turn on your camera and shoot, this removes the intermediate step of taking off the lens cap and putting it somewhere. Sure, that's only a second or two, but there are some times when that'll make the difference between getting a good shot or missing it. Mostly, though, I just LOVE the convenience of this, and wish they made a cap like this for every one of my lenses.

It works as advertised and is very convenient but the build quality is kinda bad for what you pay. Its just a small piece of cheap feeling plastic.

It's over priced but worth it, if that makes any sense. I've got this auto lens cap on two of my Olympus cameras and I LOVE it. It works great and it eliminates more hassle than I can state. I wish every camera had this option available.

This lens cap has a 37mm filter thread so it fits on the Panasonic Lumix G Vario HD 12-32mm F3.5-5.6 Mega OIS lens. When you manually extend the zoom, the lens cap automatically opens and when you retract the zoom, the lens cap closes automatically.

Great idea for the Olympus pancake ez lens but most of these LC-37c caps come with a uv filter built into the cap… these caps do not let the lens to lie flush with the cap defeating the auto close feature… a better alternative is to go on eBay and purchase the substitute product at less than half the price of the Olympus item… I don’t know what Olympus was thinking when they produced the uv filter version… the only down side with the substitute version is that it takes a longer shipping time.

Throw this on your E-PL7, your PEN-F, or even an OM-D EM-1 Mark II, and you have an almost pocket-sized camera that will take dSLR-quality photos. And, you just pull the camera out, turn it on, and you're ready to go. No messing with the lens cap (it screws into the front of the lens), no losing the lens cap. Just brilliant! I wish they could do one of these for EVERY lens.

Well made. So convenient not to have a lens cap to worry about. Self opens and closes when the camera is powered on/off. Almost makes the camera into a point and shoot.

Si comme moi vous avez récupéré votre hybride avec le zoom cupcake de base, vous devez acheter ce capuchon! Il se fait totalement oublier et on retrouve la praticité d'un compact! il tient parfaitement sur l'optique et est assez élégant. On peste presque quand on oublie d'enlever manuellement les capuchons sur ses autres objectifs... ;)

Odiavo dover staccare e riattaccare il copri lente ogni volta che dovessi scattare una foto, soprattutto perchè tengo spesso la mia fotocamera attaccata al collo e mi spaventavo che la lente si potesse graffiare con la zip della giacca. Con questo accessorio ho risolto ogni problema, si apre automaticamente e si richiude ogni volta che si spegne la fotocamera, non mi si è mai inceppato e non ha mai dato problemi alla fotocamera. la qualità non è altissima, è plastica, per questo ho messo 4 stelle alla valutazione qualità/prezzo, ma funziona alla perfezione
