For prospective buyers: Cisco Meraki canceled the entire MC product line and initiated an extended RMA starting October 1st, 2018.

The following issues are known to Meraki:Want to transfer an inbound call around the office? Your caller will be disconnected!Want to transfer an inbound call to a workgroup, sorry that feature is broken.Want music on hold, that's broken as well.These are features that are suppose to work, not future development ideas.We deployed a small office with 8 phones on a Friday...once we discovered the problems we called Meraki. We were told that there was no guarantee when the features would be working. We boxed the phones up and shipped them back. Btw, our Meraki sales rep, Soni, suddenly became hard to reach after we bought the phones.Buyer beware!
