I do field repairs and have lost 2 flukes and a Klein. So now I keep my good meters in the shop. I bought this unit to make it easier if I lost it! Very compact and easy to use, the display does backlight and is easy to read in case anybody wondered I did not see this pointed out in the description, but it does have a backlight function. Very good audible alerts and so far it has been accurate. This unit comes with a case that also has enough room for me to store a compact digital temp gauge. I am impressed with this quality, time will tell. Affordable, compact, and feature packed!

Keep in mind that when used for parasitic drain on automotive vehicles, that the clamp must be turned on, DC selected, then the appropriate AMP range. The clamp should be held close to the electrical wire that it will be clamped around (+ directional) and zeroed buy single presses of the Zero button while holding the clamp at the same angle as it will be installed. We're on earth and the magnetic fields affect all clamp meters, so zeroing in the same plane as the clamp will be installed is the correct method. Consider how a compass needle moves with directional changes. An extended push of the power button extends on time. The inductive clamp jaw opening is just wide enough to clamp over GM negative battery cables having plastic conduit. Accuracy is down as low as 0mA, but for most parasitic draws, 5-10 mA accuracy isn't an issue.

Lo que me gustó mucho fue su portabilidad, su ligereza y su precisión tomando en cuenta el precio, comparado con otras mucho mas caras, la uso mucho en mi trabajo y me ha dado buenos resultados, la recomiendo mucho.
