Great design, really useful for all sorts of complaints when it comes to post-exercise aches, strained or otherwise poorly body parts. Also great for other circumstances like when you have a fever/toothache etc. Super cheap, well built. Should be included in everyone's home health essentials.

As a bad back sufferer, this is a wonderful bit of kit. Easy to heat the packs in the microwave or freeze in the freezer, the packs then fit neatly into the pouch. The elastic stretch belt is strong and holds well. Thoroughly recommended.

This a great ice pack loved that it came as 2 in pack and of all I was very impressed with belt that came with it. Keeps the ice pack in place with having to adjust it every so often.

Great product. Good value for money. Have used it every day post surgery and it’s been great. Helped reduce swelling and helped making me more comfortable. The belt is useful too. Would recommend.

Really delighted with this - it holds the heat for hours, the strap is sturdy, easy to fit on, and covers a wide area, yet it’s not bulky or uncomfortable. I haven’t used the cold pack - only using heat, and it really works. I like that there’s two packs included - I’ve kept one for the freezer and the other I heat in the microwave for 30secs. It’s been a god send gor lower back pain.

The quality of the item is good and the second cool/heat pad is very helpful. It has hook and loop fastenings, which hold well. The only problem I had, was that they are difficult to wrangle into place and fasten up if you are on your own. A second person to help apply them would be helpful.

These have been a life saver for my knee pain. One in use whilst the other in the freezer. If not using in the sleeve make sure you don’t just place it directly on skin as it will stick and leave you freeze marks. These have been well used, freeze quickly and better than the option of medication all the time. Bonus they also cool you down in hot weather!

Uso las bolsas para el dolor menstrual y me ayudan mucho. Se calientan rápido en el microondas y tienen una capa suave alrededor por lo que se pueden poner incluso en contacto con la piel si toleras el calor. Mi pareja las usó para dolor muscular y también le alivió el dolor.

This is the most comfortable ice pack I've ever used. I bought it for my foot and it works very well. I have to wrap it around a few times but once I get it on, it doesn't move. I measured it around my waist only because of some of the reviews saying that it's too small and for me it fit with LOTS of room to spare. My waist is 32" and there was probably an extra 18" more than I needed.

Ich habe mir dieses Set mit zwei Kühl-/Wärmepads gekauft, weil ich mir den Fuß verletzt hatte und die herkömmlichen Kühlpads einfach nie richtig gehalten haben. Man konnte sie zwar drauflegen, aber sie sind ständig verrutscht – gerade wenn man mal nicht still sitzen will oder kann. Hier ist das anders: Dank der mitgelieferten Tasche mit Klettverschluss lässt sich das Pad ganz einfach am Fuß, Bein oder an anderen Körperstellen fixieren. Das sitzt deutlich besser und verrutscht nicht so leicht. Ein kleiner Wunsch wäre, dass man den Klettverschluss noch etwas strammer einstellen könnte – ab und zu sitzt es nicht ganz so fest, wie ich es gern hätte. Aber das ist wirklich Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Die Pads selbst lassen sich sowohl kühlen als auch erwärmen und machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Für mich eine klare Kaufempfehlung – ob bei Verletzungen, Verspannungen oder nach dem Sport: vielseitig, bequem und wirklich durchdacht.

Prodotto ottimo che mantiene il freddo o caldo in modo costante per più di 1 ora. Quando si piega il tessuto flette senza rompersi anche se a freddo bisogna attendere qualche minuto. La fascia elastica consente di applicarlo in più zone senza che si sposti. Consigliato!
