I ordered the Ulanzi Claw Quick Release Kit. I understand the listing mentions ‘1 piece’, but this product is a 1-piece kit that includes 2 parts: (1) the tripod base mount and (2) the quick release plate for the camera. I received only one part out of the two, so the item is incomplete. Additionally, the package I received appeared to have been opened or tampered with before delivery. Please arrange a replacement with all parts included and properly sealed.”
