alkaline cells output a lower voltage than zinc carbon cells snd alkaine celld are slightly smaller than zinc carbon cells . A few devices that need the higher vltage are designed to only work wit the zinc carbon cells. I've always had good use ftom the paanasonic zinc carbon celld

Along with Maxell. these are superior to other non alkaline batteries.. I use them in my CLOCKS

I don’t think they last long enough so we will see . If I feel that I am wrong I will update

We found that these brand of batteries functionality when left unattended for extended periods have not leaked like other named brands.Would recommend due to quality and functionality of our experience.

Alright battery

I've only used them for a few days but love them. I keep white candles in the windows all year. The light is warm and fairly bright. The remote works well. Another plus was the batteries were included. Thinking about ordering another set.
