BioflectCompression Shorts with Bioactive Raised Massaging Knit for Support and Comfort

SO AWESOME
I bought these because I have lymphedema after cancer treatment. WARNING -- If you have short legs like I do, these are not shorts. I have the leggings, and they have to be rolled up. The capris go to my ankles. The shorts hit a few inches below my knees. BUT... they are SUPER comfortable, give great compression, I love the massaging action of the fabric, they control tummy and thigh jingle, and are light and breathable despite their thickness. They are perfect!

Better quality
I have two sizes and two different colors. Worn them off and on for 2 months and they haven't lost their form or elasticity (and I even dry them in the dryer on high). They will leave a pattern on your legs but I like the way they make me feel. A bit tighter, more compact, so I can work out more comfortably. Really happy with these shorts. I would like them that much more if there was no fish scale pattern but I'm still not going to complain, they're that good.

Good fit
I wear compression shorts for post-op lymphedema, and my main issue with most of them is that they do not provide full thigh coverage, so there is a lumpy bulge halfway down that is visible even when wearing jeans. From the picture, I was hoping these were as long as they appear, and they are. I am 5' 4", and they come all the way down to just above the knee. No more thigh-muffin-top. They are comfortable and provide reasonably good compression. I was a bit wary of ordering them, based on a couple reviews I read that complained about an odor. When I got them, they did have a mild odor, but I hand washed them in mild detergent, and that got rid of it. So, the good points are: full thigh length and coverage, lightweight, and comfortable. The not-so-good points: the waist is quite high, so no muffin top, but because I have a short waist, it tends to roll down. And I do wish that it came in a bit stronger compression. But overall, I am happy with them and would order them again.

Clothing Aid to Control Lymphedema
Last fall I was diagnosed with lymphedema in both legs from thighs down into toes. My lymphedema therapist specifically recommended Bio Flex compression garments as part of my long term treatment program. I was on the border line between a 3xl and a 4xl and bought one of each size. After trying both on I opted to wear the larger size.My initial purchase in early spring 2023 was the leggings but found the combination of 20-30 mmHG knee high compression socks and the leggings was uncomfortable. I switched to the shorts and it was a good solution.Overall the garments are comfortable and for me a better solution than thigh high compression stockings which I tried. I wear them every day but do not sleep in them. I would like a little more support in the inside upper thigh. They are well made and holding up well. I have not had any issues with weak seams in the crotch. One pair has a few pulls on the side from where I snagged it. I consider that normal wear and tear. The garments are easy to care for, just throw them in the washer on delicate cycle with a small amount of soap and hang them up to dry. I usually wash 4 pairs at a time and have found they dry quickly. I have 6 pairs of the shorts in black, one pair of black leggings, and one pair of the flesh colored leggings. I do not like the flesh color because it is too pink.Since my spring purchases, I have lost 22 pounds and am solidly in the 3xl range. The 4xl continue to provide good support and I am holding off buying the smaller size because I need to lose about 20 more pounds before hip replacement surgery. When I meet that goal I should be down to the 2xl size range.

Great for medical therapy
I need compression garments for my Lynphaedma Therapy. These have the most that I've seen so far. They are well made in Italy. They are very strong & difficult to put on (don) which is what you want for the compression. These go below the knee up to the waist & are easier to use than the garment legs I was donning for the therapy. They do cost more, but well worth the price when you are using them for medical therapy.

Love these!!!!
I absolutely love these! They have good compression, the waist does not roll down and the legs do not roll up. Wish they had black in stock.

Nice compression - no more tired legs!
These compression shorts have been a lifesaver for me. I have swelling in the upper part of my legs and at the end of the day my legs would feel heavy and make me feel tired. Wearing these shorts took care of that. However, I can’t wear them in the high heat as they feel a little uncomfortable for me due to the thickness of the material. I did go up a size than I would normally wear as I have large upper legs.
