there are no real proof studies on shilajit and i mainly believe it is placebo..and it can be hard to digest for some people

It says 80 servings, but I took pea sized serving daily and i only got 10-12 servings.I felt somewhat energetic. This product says have to use for 3 months straight for better results. I would have bought it again but didn’t because the quantity was so less. I bought another branded Shilajit and will decide whether to buy this again or not after the comparisons.Dissolves quickly in warm/hot milk.
