Q: Is the entire cap made of leather - the bill looks like it's fake leather? Is the bill insert durable plastic or a breakable pressed paperboard?

I can't say for sure the quality of the leather, but it is all leather. The bill feels like it's a plastic bill. The hat itself is insulated, Like a cold weather cap.

Q: What does that giant name plate on the back say? And can you remove it?

It doesn't say anything it's blank. You don't want to remove it because it acts as a clasp and keeps the leather's strap tight.

Q: What does the hat’s logo words shunlimaoye & thatare mean?

I haven't the foggiest idea what it means, but it sure is a nice cap!
