Bought this for my fiance. He loves it.

After not playing for years and starting back up this is a nightmare. Bought this game unable to play it after going through all the downloading and licenses. Even got the campaign downloaded it still wouldn't work. Even created a new psn and it still didn't work. Completely disappointed.

I love the story line and although I have played it once . I will replay again.

I was really looking forward to this game, especially after playing COD WWII. Which is a 10 out of 10 game! I Bought this game brand new and it's very disappointing. First of all, trying to load the game and get it to work was absolutely frustrating. It took a lot of time help from YouTube. And even then it was a pain you know where. The first thing I wanna start out with is the weapons. They had imaginary made up guns that didn't exist. And then they had guns that weren't made until the last 2 months of the war on the battlefields of 1940 and 1941. The volksgewr being one and then They had the STG44, made in 1944, in 1940 and 1942. They also had a variety of weapons with drum magazines that never had them, never would have worked. Also had MP40s with ACOGs. Also had weapons like tge MG42 and STG44 which are German weapons in the missions fighting the Japanese. They dud not use German weapons. I don't understand why they didn't have the japanese weapons of world war two.!? They had machine guns of their own. Call of duty world at war add you take on japanese weapons. Why they didn't put new different types of Japanese weapons on those missions. But instead use german weapons I have no fricking idea! So...Those imaginary weapons and drums and things like that, would have been good in a video game called the fourth Reich or blood rain or return to castle Wolfenstein. But do not belong in a game thats supposed to be historically accurate. Now they did bring in a bunch of new guns that were rare or used rarely But they were real guns. Like the australian guns and later german weapons. Now that I appreciated and I think they should have stuck to that. Ok, now, weapons are done. PROS They definitely were better graphics in general and especially during the cinema cut scenes. However not significantly better to justify the brand new cost of the game. I did like that they had totally brand new missions and fights instead of just rehashing other Missions over again in a different way. Gameplay and controls were pretty good except the flying missions, Which was the only vehicle you get to use! CONS First of all, all, the difficulties trying to load this game and some issues during game play. I won't go over the weapons again. The cinema cut scenes were good but a little on the long side And too many sneak around missions. If I'm playing a first person shooter. I want to spend most of my time shooting. And while I did like the missions as usual, there were far too few of them and they were far too short. Especially for the brand new asking price. Is it worth playing yes but definitely by a used copy. I would prefer the franchise to do a prequel of call of duty world war two. Those characters were much more likable and realistic. I found these character's less likable And it is completely unrealistic that the most top secret mission of world war two would have the makeup of this team. Just completely unbelievable. A prequel of world war two would have the sergeant and lieutenant return and show them as younger soldiers. The missions could be the invasion of North Africa, a couple of missions on the Casserine pass, Sicily and italy. That's my humble opinion.
