Serves the purpose. But taste is not for everyone
Soy protein is the best source of protein for vegans and its not that far off from whey protein in terms of protein quality. But beware that not everyone can tolerate the taste of soy protein. I had no problem with the taste personally but my mother wouldn't take a sip!But considering the price point, this is one of the least expensive sources of really good protein.

One of the best and perfect proteins for me
Excellent quality. In fact it is the best and perfect proteins for me. Best in pricing too. I have been using unflavored one, hence the taste is not good, which is expected.

CAUTION: THIS IS SOY FLOUR NOT SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE.
Being a vegan I regularly use soy protein isolate of myprotein and also know how soy flour feels, tastes and mixes in liquid and this nutrabay soy protein isolate exactly feels like soy flour. Anyone who values health and believes in quality then this is not the product for you. My two cents: dont play with your health to save a few bucks. This product is definitely not soy protein isolate. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE. AND MESSAGE FOR NUTRABAY PLEASE DONT DO FALSE MARKETTING. It also has a weird smell as if it was nitrogen infused to prove higher protein content in the lab tests.

Great protein, open canvas for any recipe
Been using this for about a month. The taste and smell is somewhat similar to sattu, for those who are familiar with the taste. However, this taste can easily be masked mixed with anything. I generally take it by mixing dates syrup (has less sugar) or Rooh Afza (lot of sugar though, haha!). I'm also considering salting it and adding lemon juice, just like sattu is prepared. It might take a while to get used to the basal taste though. Nevertheless, its a great source of protein, and I feel I'm recovering faster form intense workouts. No digestion issues whatsoever. Compared to whey, the price is low. Some frothing does occur when mixing in a shaker, but is not a problem honestly. Overall, would recommend 10/10 to anyone.

Mix with fruit juices
To avoid the difficulty in soya tatsteix with any fruit juice, even a slice of a lemon and shaking will result in easy intake. Taking it raw like whey protein is not the advisable way.

Nice product at low price.
Taste was weird, but this is what you will get in an unflavored protein.Mixability is really great.
