Work very well at first.
This only worked well for about a year. It stated flashing between Fahrenheit and Celsius but, was not consistent with giving me the temperature in either F° or C°. I changed the battery but it still didn't work. I'm not sure if it was because the batteries were defective or the thermometer was defective. I do not have that thermometer anymore.
