It was really easy to order the exact part I needed for my microwave. By using my model number all available parts are displayed as well as helpful information to install. For my part there was no help available but I was able to figure it out on my own. The site was easy to order from, easy to use and the prices were awesome. Highly recommend!!

Fit and worked great. Make sure watch closely how you take old one out or it will take you awhile to figure the correct way to install it.

How to fix the weak link ( door latch / locking mechanisim ) in PANASONIC Microwaves.
Putting this in takes some finagling, and patience. it's like fitting a piece in a puzzle but when done it's well worth it. Door works like new again. A couple tips: You should adjust the door lock mounting plate by bending it (there are videos online). Also there are eccentric holes (two) for mounting the lock assembly to the plate. Having the assembly pushed towards the front when tightening the screws worked for me. Lastly cleaning and lubricating the locking pawls / latches in the door and their mating surfaces in the microwave. Just google ( panasonic microwave door lock lever ) and you'll see many videos / tips.

The part I needed is ABS 5X00AP which is similar but did not appear to be available on your website. Unfortunately the part I purchased therefore does not fit.
