Overall: The Ruko U11S is a solid choice that outperforms others in its price range. As someone new to drones, I spent a lot of time researching before deciding on the U11S. I looked at several top-rated brands, including Holy Stone, but at the price point, Ruko offered more of the features I wanted. The U11S is stable, intuitive, and packed with helpful functions such as Remote ID, Follow Me, and Return-to-Home (RTH). Highly recommend! Additional Insight: Equally impressive is Ruko’s outstanding customer service. After purchasing, I reached out a few times with questions/concerns, all due to my beginner learning curve, and each time, they responded quickly and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. When I posted a review mentioning frustration with the controller’s charge life, Ruko immediately contacted me, offered a replacement, and followed up until the new unit arrived. Whether choosing the U11S or another Ruko drone, this company stands behind their products. Great features, good price and exceptional customer support is what sets Ruko apart!

I've not had a drone before but in all the drone hype thought it might be fun to see what they were all about. This is a great little starter drone for the inexperienced. It comes ready to fly out of the package. Little set up by downloading the app and watching a preflight video. But I was up and flying in about 3 minutes. Camera works well. Drone package includes extra prop blades, 2 batteries, and charging cords. All you need to get started. I did have one issue with the controller, where it seemed to not charge fully. While the drone battery will last for 20 minutes of flight time... the controller battery only lasted about 5 minutes. I contacted Ruko via email and they were prompt to reply and worked with care to solve the problem. Great support service... which would get them 5 stars. EDIT - Unfortunately... the replacement remote sent has the exact same issue. After several attempts to change and fly... the longest flight time on the remote was 7 minutes. Don't know if it's a defective batch... or if it's just junk... but it is very disappointing to only have 5 minutes or so of flight time to actually use the drone. And I was told that there is no way to change out the battery in the remote... so there is a limited lifespan on the remote right out of the gate. Too bad for me the return window has not closed or I would be returning this product. Which I should have done the minute this issue arose. You'll get good customer service... but it doesn't help if the problem is the product. Drone... good. Drone battery... seems good. Kit components... good. Remote... 2 thumbs down. I can't recommend. Edit follow up - Outstanding customer service! They provided a replacement product without hesitation. The replacement is working as it should. Not sure what the issue was with the previous but they absolutely stand by the product. Back to 5 stars!

Our 13-year-old son had been asking for a drone for quite some time, so we decided to get him one for Christmas. After doing some research, we settled on the Ruko U11S, and overall it has been a great choice. Right out of the box, the drone was easy to set up and get flying. As parents, we really appreciated how beginner-friendly it is. The controls are intuitive, and the safety features made us feel more comfortable letting him fly it on his own after a little practice. Our son picked it up quickly and was confidently flying it within a short time. The build quality feels solid for the price and handled a few beginner bumps and landings well. The camera truly impressed us — it takes amazing pictures, and we are very happy with the picture quality. It has been a lot of fun for him to capture photos and videos, which adds to the overall experience. After flying it for a couple of weeks, one of the motors did lock up. We contacted customer service, and they have been excellent. They responded quickly and are already sending us a replacement drone. The customer service experience has been very reassuring, and we truly appreciate how smoothly they handled the issue. We’re hopeful the replacement will fly for a long time. Despite the hiccup, our son absolutely loves this drone and uses it every chance he gets. Overall, we’re very happy with the Ruko U11S and would still recommend it for kids, teens, or anyone looking for a beginner-friendly drone backed by great customer service.

I bought this for my partner who always wanted a drone. It is an excellent starting drone. While the controls were a little confusing at first, it is now quite easy to fly. Being a cheaper model, it doesn't do well in slight winds or have a particular long battery life but an excellent buy nontheless.

Do not buy this lousy Ruko drone. do not worth a single cents... Cannot fly steady, always crash itself to something. the recorded video worst... I really do not know why it cost so much.. Don't buy.. you will regret..
