I was extremely upset due to only receiving a portion of my items (6 instead of 10 V channels) and I left a nasty review. Muzata support reached out within 24 hours. Mind you, Amazon support was no help and only stated to return the item after I spent 6 hours installing them already, which i said many times. Felt so much arrogance I might add, playing email games with me, taking me on goose chases to where i finally gave up...so upset by Amazon's support agents which is what led to a lot of me writinga poor review. But the MUZATA support rep actually had empathy, let alone shocking me by reaching out, and actually offered to help. I was only wanting my 4 channels but after reviewing with her team, they refunded my purchase. I'm in shock over it all! Both the bad initially and now the positive. They are the best support when an issue arises, please seek out Muzata before attempting to resolve with Amazon if any issues. I was more upset also because they are great diffusers and I love the way they turned out. I only could install 1/4 of my room due to hiccup, was planning on doing half but I took it as a loss. I will definitely continue my plans of installing the full room now after my great experience with Muzata. I'm still in awe, I cant emphasize enough. I have 60 pixel per meter 2812Bs and they look amazing for diffusing. The only spot showing a hot spot is where I installed a connector that didn't fit too well in channel but to make an easy install, I was not worried about it. I was upset, angry and frustrated and while I was only expecting an order to fulfill my amount, they completely refunded the total. I was not expecting this at all. Thank you so much Muzata. They actually cared versus the offshore support reps at Amazon whom had no sympathy/empathy. The sad part is my company I work for is a sister company and even after sharing this info with them, they still continued with no empathy and only appeared to push the bad experience with their constant copy/pasted emails saying i didn't prove my order with my image enough. So upset with them still. But Muzata is a great seller which I will continue to do my business with definitely now! These are worth the money you pay for them which is rare these days. Great diffusers! 10 stars thanks to Muzata's intervening!

Exactly as described, these worked great for a light project in a closet. Use high density LED strips to ensure even lighting. They were relatively straightforward to install, and I didn't have the same trouble as other reviewers who struggled with the clips. I cut to size using an oscillating tool, and the trick is to make sure you are squared up to your cut line. Deviations from a 90 degree cut will result in a gap in the end cap.

Diffused my light strip just fine and allowed plenty of light through for illumination. My only gripe is the clips for screwing into the wall which then hold the channel are SHARP. ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU CUT THE CHANNEL. aluminum cutting can be tricky for novice like me but the clips in particular were the worst cause once they're on, there's no way you're sliding the channel side to side to make adjustments if needed. Make sure you set it right the first time or resetting will be a pain. I sliced my fingers good. But I'm no expert, I'm a novice. Came out great in the end. Don't mine the bit at the end sticking out, it's just cause the strip was really thick towards the end and keeps popping the channel cover off. I made a cut-out to fit the cord through the end cap. If I could make a 5 star recommendation it'd be to soften the mounting brackets' edges or make it from plastic instead of metal. Aluminum channel is perfect, but the clips are a pain. Even if plastic breaks, it'd be more safe and convenient to use.

Poor instructions... like nonexistant poor. Pretty easy to hang though. Some of the channels were warped or slightly bent. Bought two sets and one of them didn't come with any brackets to hang the channels, like any. Returning that one and getting my money back.

Looks great with my LED strip. I added this as part of a shower remodel. The larger size definitely helps make it look spotless. My installer was really impressed with this fixture and asked for a link so that he could offer it to his other customers. If that's not an endorsement, I don't know what is.

Bought this to replace my Base Molding. Worked out quite well with the installation and 45 degree cuts in the corners and butt connections. I wanted to buy a larger quarter round to fit extra wires for other areas and power injections. I used a large 10" miter saw to cut the tracks with the diffuser cover on them and worked very well as long as I came down with the saw and waited for the saw to stop before lifting the blade up after cutting. Only one end was dented but all parts were in the box. Did not use the Clips, used adhesive silicone and screws to keep in place.

These v mounts are a pain to get to clip in when close to a ceiling, especially if that ceiling or wall is not straight or smooth. Here's my tips. Put a clip on the track where you want to mount to a wall and drill a hole in the railing (see pic). That allows you to screw the clip to the wall with the clip already securely attached. If you have a 3d printer then print out some wedges around 13mm on short sides depending on the tolerances of your printer. These wedges ensure a perfectly lined up seam between lengths.

This Diffuser Looks Fantastic, Gives your LED's a Very Wide look and spread out the light. Spotless you can't see the Dots from the individual LED. Also they hold 2 LED strips so I was able to install Govee and also WLED led strips in to the same Tracks. These are great if you want a spotless Lool.
