Other UV LED flashlights I've used have had poorly designed switches and flickering diodes mostly due to the switch contacts. This does not seem to have those problems, a good solid feeling switch and bright UV LEDs.

As expected, this small and handy flashlight helps me pinpoint any bio stains I may have missed during cleaning at home by showing what glows where. Its strong enough to show where the stain is even during daylight (photo is in daylight), but darkness is the best. I plan to take it with me soon to a resort to clean or remove any items that glow.

DON'T FORGET IT COMES WITH BATTERIES, SO NO NEED TO BUY THEM right away.I used this for curing nails with Gel polish and it slightly cured the nails but not completely. There are 395-400nm emitted from this which should be enough to cure Gel polish within 1-2min, but this didn't ever fully cure the nails (regardless of curing time of 3min or 5min). Since this isn't a Gel polish lamp, I am not that surprised or angry. So I am rating it based on the fact that it's a durably built, neat flashlight that operates consistently.

This item is fine overall, but was too small and not powerful enough for what I needed it for. It does work, especially in the dark.

I read reviews. Many said this Rayovac UV flashlight wasn't bright enough, didn't spot urine, or in somehow didn't work. I have to call BS on all those reviews if they got a working version of this flashlight. Out of the box this basically made a mockery of my weekly bathroom cleanings. My wife has now posted a "Warning, This Bathroom Maybe Hazardous To Your Health" sign on my bathroom door. Apparently I have to pay a lot more attention to the wall near the toilet!Too much detail? I'd take a picture, but it might be held against me when I run for President!This is a no-bs review. I paid for mine and I am glad to know I'd make a bad janitor!Makes me wonder if this will work on Washington D.C.?

I have a chihuahua who has had a baaaad habit of urinating on the carpet. Thankfully, he's figured out not to do that like he did but when he messed up the other night, I determined what I had been thinking, this light did not "see" the urine on the carpet. Not right after I caught it and not the next day or several days later. I've been trying it on these washable pet pads which he uses. It picks up the white designs on two of the pads but has yet to pick up urine. I 'tour the house' now and then, focusing on the carpet and pads, no sign of anything. I can see some discoloration on the carpet from having cleaned it a bit but I can see the slight variation in regular daylight. Disappointed. Too good to be true? Or has anyone else had better 'luck' than I have had with this product. I kind of chalked it up to the price. But Ray-O-Vac? Well, those were/are typically batteries, right?

Light radius is larger than expected and really helps for what I was trying to use it for. We have 4 pets and are wanting to sell our house so this helps find any old stains that appear clean to the naked eye but really need more deep cleaning. The purple color to the outside is cute and helps distinguish from other regular small flashlights. This was better than I expected and am happy with it.

I own a cleaning business and frequently have to walk potential clients’ homes to bid my services.When a client says “only need a light dusting and vacuuming” or “this bathroom isn't used, just skip it” I pull this out of my pocket. Clients don’t know what it does until I shine it on a wall. A splatter here, a drop of soap there. They’re amazed. They consider ordering one. Then I take a step toward the wall next to the toilet and EVERY TIME, they immediately jump and say “actually, I think maybe this room could use a little attention. Let’s go look at the kitchen (bedroom, office, hallway) now”If you haven’t used this on the wall by a toilet- you should try it. You’ll NEVER want guests to use your bathrooms again! 😂

La lampara Rayovac Value Bright de 9 LED Ultra Violeta, funciona de maravilla. La verdad el espectro de luz UV de la lampara Rayovac no es el mejor ni tampoco el mas potente, ya que el espectro ideal para lamparas Ultra Violetas es de 365nm, pero por el precio, la verdad esta súper bien! Ademas de que lamparas mas poderosas, utilizan baterías recargables especializadas, esta solo utiliza baterías regulares, lo que la hace muy versátil. La recomiendo ampliamente!

Very well made. I use it to charge glow in the dark lures for fishing. It also does a nice job as a flashlight.

Al principio creí que la mayoría de los materiales orgánicos brillarían, pero aprendí que brillan los que cumplen con ciertas características. Lo uso para identificar joyas de ámbar orgánico y diferenciarlas del plástico, igual con algunos cuarzos que brillan diferente con luz ultravioleta cuando son reales o falsos. Funciona igual con billetes y hasta con algunas telas.La luz es muy brillante, es una lámpara pequeña pero muy luminosa.

Me gusto mucho, tal vez le falta un poco de mayor calidad pero por el precio se me hace justoTiene buen acabado y lo que me convenció fue que detecta billetes falsos que no era ese el motivo de la compra sino por salir al campo y encontrarme con alakranes que les tengo pavor
