does not work instantly at least not for me but I was in crippling pain from sciatic nerve pain! called out of work for over 4 days pain reliever didn't work nor did muscle relaxer. but after leaving this patch on for 8 or so hours the pain almost completely left me. took off the patch to shower and the pain came back full force so now I wear the patch for 24 hours and take a shower then I replace it after the shower. takes a while to work but it works way longer than 8 hours works for 24 hours for me. will definitely keep using this product till I deliver baby. nice cooling effect. nice smell. great value for your money. best quality you can find of natural ingredients. perfect size!

This is by far the best pain patch I've ever used. I consider myself somewhat of an expert as I've broken my hand 2 times in 6 months. Docs won't do anything with no insurance. Lol go figure. Its reduced the swelling and helped with pain. Plus the xl are bigger than salonpas. They dont smell bad. Theyre a bit pricey, but worth it.

These patches really work!! I am amazed! I have tried a variety of natural remedies for pain relief, and many of them help, but I have never found anything that works this well, or lasts this long! I have occasional neuropathy pain, joint pain, and a painful bone spur. The patch provides immediate pain relief and lasts for hours! I am able to sleep all through the night without pain! I’m so thankful and happy that I found these patches! You can cut them down to the size you need. They are reasonably priced. They don’t come off easily, which I think is great! I just soak them with a wet cloth before removing. I highly recommend them!

These took a while to get used to. I tried the first one on my lower back and it burned like crazy. You do not want to wear these in the heat or where your body sweats a lot. It will increase the burning intensity. But I have found on my limbs that it is quite effective for pain and the warmth is tolerable. The large size is excellent as well.

These are hot, hot, hot...in a really great way. I am so happy with these patches, they effectively helped my pain and muscle tension. I was also happy with the -lack of- smell. I was a loyal Salon-Pas user before I found these. Oh also ... I sweat like a pig and these stay on so well!

Bought these to help with menstural cramps- They are a good size an dreally help to take the edge off of my severe cramps and make life more bearble. Downside they burn my skin/make it rash badly and the rash/burn will be there for days so I can only use it once per cyle on my worst day.

These kill the pain in my back and foot. Really hard to remove, though not impossible. Be gentle to avoid skin damage. Good exfoliation as a bonus, lol
