This is my second VTech watch, I got this for my son. It worked nicely for 2 months and then stopped working. I tried to turn it on/ off and use different cable to charge it, but it did not work. I reached out to the VTech company after 3 months (because I was busy and never thought warranty would be only 3 months) and they refused to replace it. The warranty is only 3 months because it is really cheap, and it might go dysfunctional really quickly. I am very upset with this experience, as I was a big fan of their products. Update 7/28/2022: I contacted the VTech support, they advised me how to fix the issue and now the watch is working. I will update this post if it stops working again. The VTech did show cooperation to replace it if the issue did not resolve...

It is a nice gift for kids. I bought it for my son he loves it so much.

My son asked for this from Santa after a friend of his had gotten one. He is 8 and this is just about perfect for him. It has enough features for him to be entertained with. He really likes that it has a camera and can make videos. It has some games which he likes to have while waiting around doing “boring” stuff like going to his sister’s basketball game. I like that it isn’t connected to the internet, but has smart features. It feels like a good introduction to moving towards his own smart device (as he gets older). The battery he charges every night but seems like it should last 2 or so days. The construction is well enough that it doesn’t seem like it would break from everyday use. We took it off to play sports. Buttons are responsive, as is the touchscreen. Overall a great first smartwatch for an 8 year old!

We bought the watch for my daughter’s birthday however when it came to charging the watch we found it does not work and instead of charging the watch switches itself off.

I was told that the kids said that's the best Christmas present they received in 2021! That really made my day. The kids wear their VTech Smartwatch all day and to school. They use it as an alarm clock and now look forward to waking up for school every morning by the alarm. They have lots of fun with the watch.

My daughter loves it. It has lots of clock faces so she can pick the one she likes at any time. There is a lot of games and educational ones to help her learn her time's tables, spelling and maths. The camera is really good quality turning her into a paparazzi for the pets. It fits nicely on her wrist and the battery lasts for quite a while even though she plays with it all the time.

Fue su regalo, está feliz! Tiene rutinas y alarmas, me gusta que para descargar un juego le obligue a cumplir una meta de ejercicios físicos. Decidimos pagar un poco más por la marca Vtech ya que tenemos varios juguetes de esta marca y la durabilidad y resistencia es bastante aceptable. Hay que tener en cuenta que es un reloj dirigido a niños y resalto que no tiene conexión wifi lo que lo hace más seguro de usar. Más que un reloj inteligente yo diría que es un juguete, tiene pequeños videojuegos, grabación de voz y cámara para fotos y videos, la linterna también es súper útil. No tiene idioma español, solo francés e inglés pero para nuestro uso está súper bien.
