Navy SEAL Mental Toughness: A Guide To Developing An Unbeatable Mind (Special Operations Series) Review: Needed truths in this day of celebrated victim hood - Life is tough, or so it seems. But the good things in life are beyond that which falls easily to us. I was a military transport pilot and worked with the SEALS at times. They were all, to a man, full of life, compassion, bravery, and they made no excuses for failure. No one can marginalize or oppress you except you. This book is a great starting place for learning how to be a fully alive human being, rather than a pathetic and spineless “victim,” continually blaming others for the fruit of your own actions. Great stuff. If you need to grow a spine - read and heed this. Review: Imformative and motivational - This is a fairly quick read. If nothing else, it will give you a sense of motivation to conduct your life and daily activities with a new sense of purpose and determination. Very few people become Navy Seals but the mindset is adaptable and useful. I took a few good ideas with me when I was finished with the book. I recommend this book for anyone interested in looking for ways to improve their daily mindset and life goals.

Truly exceptional
Truly exceptional - author clearly defines concrete steps to achieve mental toughness. Don’t be fooled by the brevity of the book. It’s much easier to write a long winded book than one efficiently written like this one. He presents a real, actionable formula to achieve the goal of becoming mentally tough. I’ve read many books by former Navy Seals but this one had the best treatment of this topic.

Very good book. Goes into description on Navy Seal training ...
Very good book. Goes into description on Navy Seal training and what our SEAL's go through to be the best in the world. Also give you good advice and information on developing a mental tough brain and how to use it to your advantage to becoming successful or more successful in everyday lifestyle. 107 total pages I think. Double Space.

Decent minimalist book on being a persistent person
Fairly good. Decent advice on some of the aspects of what makes a person in special operations committed and focused. It is no secret to success. It is the same tried and true course that men of various fields employ, a constant willingness to go forward, continued momentum in a given direction, and the willingness to endure unpleasantness purposely. A good short guide. Will als o give you some insight into why they train the way they do--because the combat is even worse. Good book overall for fans of special forces.

Bueno, es un libro más de autoayuda con referencias constantes al entrenamiento para los SEAL. Cómo calidad literaria deja que desear pero es ameno y correcto.
