Briggs New YorkWomen's Pull on Dress Pant (Regular Short & Tall Length)

Much better quality than I expected. The fabric is somewhat silky and very well made. I am 5'4" and the Short is a perfect length.

I first bought one pair (I'm 5' 8 inches), size 16, tall length as my "test" pair. I was so pleased I ordered several more, black and navy. I needed something dressier than my usual pull on knit pants for cold days at church, parties, and outings. These are perfect! They traveled and washed well on a train trip. I was very pleased with the dressier look. They don't wrinkle or shrink once you do the first out-of-the-package washing. I do suggest checking the size chart (re-measure yourself) because it is spot on. That might mean you order a different size than your other pants but the fit was great on me.

I appreciate that there are still professional slacks for the workplace out there! So many women are wearing leggings, which I don't think are professional, and don't' work for all of us.I love the length differences as well- usually pants are too short or too long.The fit is professional but comfortable.The black slacks are great because they come in tall and have pockets, but for some reason the brown version does not come in tall and the pockets are sewn up. Can you do pockets or no pockets, and can you do a tall version of the brown slacks?Lastly, the price is decent. The fabric is not THE best, but it is nice and should hold up with weekly wear a few years.

Size 10. Great looking pant, nice material that drapes well, good length, fits just over the ankle (I'm 5'9" and 137lbs). They fit flatteringly everywhere except at the waist. The waist is quite tight (uncomfortable), why manufacturers think we need to be squeezed in at the waist is a puzzle (a real problem for your digestion), we like the waist to sit comfortably, give us a bit of slack, please! Years ago, women had smaller waists (they used corsets), now, even if tall & slim, women are larger in the waist. I can ease the waist by pulling some of the stitching, but I would prefer buying them with just an inch more give at the waist. If I purchase the next size, the waist may be comfortable but the rest of the pant looks slightly baggy.. I have always had great fit with Briggs pants, especially their non-elastic styles. 2/19/17 Update: Ordered size 12, the waist is comfortable, rest of pant as described above but a little more room in the hips, still look great though. I would suggest you buy one size larger than usual, in this particular style, IF you prefer not wearing anything too tight at the waist.

Purchased these black pants for a trip. PROS: With a looser fit through the legs and elastic at the back waist, these pull-on trousers are comfortable and easy to wear when traveling. CONS: The fabric is wimpy, does not release wrinkles easily yet will not keep a center crease, and attracts lint terribly so, after laundering, the trousers quickly became too casual-looking. Due to their sloppy appearance, I cannot recommend wearing them to the office or church or a dinner party.

i will have to take out my sewing machine to shorten the length. Even though i buy the short length, they are too long. I rarely ever get a pant where the length is just right. Other than the length being to long, the fit and style are nice.

As a 5’11” tall woman, I appreciate the variety of lengths offered! The tall length is perfect on me. These are so comfortable - the hidden back elastic waist band allows for ease of movement. I love that the hips and legs are more straight and not baggy. I already ordered another pair in black!

Briggs pants are well made and comfortable, the pull-on waist makes it easy to put on and off. Will order more!!!

These are awful. The cut is terrible, the fit is bad and the material is extremely heavy.

Bei dieser Damen-Arbeitshose sieht man keinen Unterschied zu einer bequemen "normalen" Hose. Die Größenangabe auf Amazon lautete "50 hoch". Im Etikett der Hose steht 18 Tall. Bei 18 müsste es sich um eine UK-Größe handeln. Bei den deutschen Größen entspricht dies 44/46. Das kommt auch gut hin. Tall steht für den Zusatz, dass die Hose extra lang ist. Die Hose ist zwar eher dünn, den sehr günstigen Preis für 30 Euro sieht man ihr aber nicht an.
