I have used Panasilver as a substitute for antibiotics, and it has worked. My wife gets sinus infections frequently and has to take antibiotics and steroids to get rid of them...for two or three months. Then the infection comes back. We tried the Panasilver as soon as we noticed the early symptoms and after only two or three teaspoons, the infection went away. Unfortunately, the last time she used it she had an allergic reaction -- nothing terribly serious, but it was disappointing. She is also allergic to a wide range of antibiotics, so the problem seems to be her immune system.I have used the product myself and find it works well, and fast. It is a great idea to have something like this in the house. I will continue to use it when needed and we'll try it again on my wife's sinus infections after a few months.

I never put a ton of stock into things like this. Until I had a superbug that would not go away and the antibiotics were never working. So I tried this. after two months superbug gone. That was two years ago. I have been struggling again with sinus issues. Figured I give this a try again. Gone.Think I will stick with it as it has done amazing things for me**I voluntarily bought and chose to review this product. I hope to never be without this silver! I use it on a daily basis for so many different things. While everyone around us is sick, between this silver and vitamin C and D, we haven't been sick for several years!

I read the history on this product for why it was formulated. The problem is, there is no way to tell if it works.

Using it on warts on the foot and so far, it seems to be causing the warts to shrink. Won't really know until the warts are gone completely, but it does seem to be helping.

I try to keep this product on hand and anytime I'm not feeling as well as I should it's the first line of defense to quickly get back to your old self. With results that you'll feel with one to two doses . Very effective product.

Since taking this product I have not been sick at all. If i feel like I'm coming down with something I quickly take Panasilver twice a day and and back to normal in no time.I can attest that this product really works
