At first i though it wasn't sturdy but then I realized I needed to push the assembled "bottom" farther into the "flat top" so it "filled" the cutout X in the center. After that It was perfectly balanced even when I had just one fat Laura Geller bush in the far corner...which by the way is too fat for most of the other racks like this. The unit is made out of thick black plastic not cardboard. The brown covering took about 5 minutes to remove though I must admit I didn't bother at first. The assembly took about a minute or less and there's room for all my brushes. I'm so pleased that I will be sending one to my very fussy make-up obsessed daughter-in-law. Included with the purchase was an email address to use to contact the seller and get a replacement for six months...WOW!

Love this makeup drying rack. It’s easy to disassemble and store away. The rack can hold a bunch of different sized brushes. It’s great to dry your brush upside down. Super simple and very effective. I have found that I clean my brushes more often.

I bought this for the drying rack, which is definitely a 5 star item. The cleaning mat gets 1 star, don't use it! Both pieces have a very strong, unpleasant odor out of the box. On the drying rack, it dissipates completely under hot water when you remove the paper. I had to put the mat outside to get rid of it completely. The drying rack is amazing! It's very sturdy, will not tip over. The rack snaps onto the stand, it doesn't fall apart. It holds the brushes securely while they dry. I won't use the mat again. It discolored my brushes. I included 2 pictures. The dingy looking brushes were cleaned using it. I cleaned nearly all of my brushes and they all look just as gross. I was very upset because I most of my brushes are expensive! Thankfully, got white again, but I had to re-clean them 3 and 4 times. Being a brush junkie, I need a second rack so I can clean them all at the same time. I will definitely get my second one from Beakey. It's a well made product.

This item has been such a game changer that I felt the need to leave a review. I hate cleaning my brushes because I’m lazy lol, and it always took forever for them to dry since I just laid them on their side. This really helps to speed up the drying process and fits so many brushes of all shapes and sizes. Really easy to assemble and put away. Highly recommended!!

This went together easily and I had no problem removing the protective paper. But... Once I put in some of my brushes I noticed the two black plastic pieces separated from the silicone center piece almost completely around! This was delivered just today and I haven't even had the opportunity to use it before it failed. I have a window of time to return it for a refund but I'm hoping the seller will contact me so we can find a solution to this problem.

I love this, it makes it so easy to get my brushes dry. They’ve never had it so good, because when I was working, I cleaned them when they got to gunky to use! But now that I’m retired, I wash them more often, put guards on the ones that need one, & use this stand. These pictures are brushes that I’ve used for 2, maybe 3 days. I’m attaching pics so you can see you can put more than 1 brush in a space if there’s room. It is black, it I haven’t taken the time to take the paper off.

Wow ahh-mazing Easy to clean -yes because it doesn’t get dirty there for clean brushes Reviews I need to adress because we live in a generation of cancellation —it’s really tiring to hear people complaining just because they can or because they want there money back —-another wards abusing amazon return policies Take your time read instructions don’t be so self entitled SIZES—there is different size holes for every size brush—and the height is perfect— Protecting film—I turn on hot water 30 seconds to every film and it peels off whole in seconds— price—I think it’s a perfect price for what it does and looks like— Stability—very —no teetering lays flat— Assembly—took less then 10-seconds—the 3 steps were very basic people friendly—it’s not rocket science—- The plastic that holds the brushes are perfectly snug The only thing I would recommend is people being careful it did cut me because the plastic is sharp on the side definitely will buy another in the future:))
