the only reason these didn't get 5 stars is because their light is a flickering amber glow rather than the brighter whiter flicker i was looking for. The product description was clear that it was the amber tone, but i was hoping it would be bright enough because i wanted the remote on and off control rather than switching each light on and off individually. The uneven waxy appearance is quite interesting. Some say it does not fit into their tea light holders, but I did not find this to be the case in the holders i used. The remote works perfectly and eliminates all the fuss. I think a picture or simple instruction on how to replace batteries on the remote would be useful

***Update 2. The seller did ship me replacements. However, still experiencing the same issue. These may be good for a one time use, such as a wedding. But for use in your home time after time, not good.***Update. After posting my first review the seller contacted me and said they would send me replacements and asked if I would be willing to change my review. I still have not received the replacements.These lights are just okay. The light they give off is a little oranger than I would like. Also the remote is already no longer working, only after a couple of weeks. I am hoping it is just the battery but I don't have a watch battery just lying around the house. Seems pretty fast for a battery to be dead, but, it happens.

At first I was thrilled with my remote tea lights. I used them daily (for about 4 hours per day) through the holiday season, but they lasted maybe 2 weeks before they became very dull or did not have light at all. Disappointing.

These were terrible. If you are from the company and are reading this feel free to contact me because the window had just closed to return these which is pretty upsetting. I have had these for only 30 days to use in my office and a few at home and had used them for maybe a total of no more than 10 hours and they are already dead. I bought a box for home and one for office and candles for both are completely dead after only a few uses. So disappointed , thought I had found some good candles.

cool....however, I find that I am hitting the "on" button twice to light up all of the candles and vice versa to turn them off even though they are in the same general area.

Do not buy these! Great idea but batteries were dead after the first use. I replaced all 12 batteries and the battery in the remote used twice and dead again! Each use was 2-3 hours on time on. Batteries are very expensive to only last briefly.

Non of the were working after a week of receiving them. Not being used of course. When Halloween came and I was to turn them on. All were dead. I would actually like my money back

They seemed great the day I opened the box.......after that they never worked again. I didn't leave them on for a long time at all, I only tested them to see how they would look in my deck fixture.
