This rub emparted lots of great flavor to my pork roast.Putting sauce over his rub is optional.

Tasty Seafood Blend - Organic - I like it!
I like this Organic Spice Rub Blend for Seafood; I will get a lot of use out of it. I had some Talapia at home so I sprinkled it with this and baked it with a little olive oil, and it tasted great and was so easy!This spice rub is USDA organic, gluten free, and sodium free. It’s made up of great spices for seafood; the ingredients are: Garlic, Lemon, Sugar, Pepper, Rosemary, Basil, Proprietary Blend. I was a little surprised to see sugar but it seems to be negligible.I’ve been wanting something to spice up my shellfish and especially scallops, this will work great, and mixed with a little butter, mmmh! I recommend this Organic Seafood Spice Rub by Purely Organic for some tasty seafood dishes! Enjoy!
