Good item but not what I can use
To sum it up It was a nice device but it did not work for me in my company maybe because the system that we were using but it was very comfortable in my hand but just know where I can use it did not work with the system that we are using so I only gave it three stars if it was good for me I would’ve gave it five stars if it worked out for my company

Accurate & Fast
This 2D scanner from Eyoyo is very easy to set up & use. The design of the scanner allows it to piggyback on the back of your phone. This way you can scan the item (IE: books) with one hand while still looking at your phone screen. There are 3 buttons (center, left side & right side) that all initiate a scan. This allows for flexibility for the person scanning. It's not bulky or inconvenient to hold either. Holding your phone is still comfortable with the scanner attached. The scanner will adjust to accommodate fairly large body phones. I tested with a Samsung Galaxy S9+ (which is a tall phone) that is equipped with a heavy duty case that adds even more height to the body (total height is just over 6.5"). And this scanner still attached to the phone. I would say that this is the upper end (in phone size) for the scanner. Any larger & you really run the risk of breaking the extension arms on the Eyoyo. The scanner paired instantly via Bluetooth (my phone is an Android device, but will pair with IOS as well). There was no delay in scanning (using ScoutIQ & scanning book barcodes) & the results were very accurate. While Bluetooth will probably be the preferred connection method for most, the scanner also offers connection via 2.4G Wireless & direct USB.The scanner has many options (including 1D & 2D scanning) that can be set by scanning certain QR codes that are located in the manual. So adjusting settings like volume, sound on/off, vibration on/off, etc... can be accomplished just by scanning the respective QR code. While this is very convenient, I'm not sure how these adjustments could be made if you don't have access to the manual. Possibly the Eyoyo website would also have this documentation. The scanner charges quickly via USB C (cable included) & while I'm not sure how long a full charge lasts, I would expect it to easily last several hours. If I had to point out any negatives, it would only be that while the scanner is attached, you won't have access to your rear facing camera (as the scanner covers the entire back of the phone). As well, if you use a wireless charger, then this function is muted as well. You will have to take the scanner off before you attempt wireless charging.Outside of those concerns, overall, I found the Eyoyo 2D to be very effective & lightweight scanner. And at the current price point of $55.99 (at the time of this review), I find it to be very affordable among other similarly featured scanners. There are a lot more options here! I've only experimented with the few settings that I know I will use. However, I will continue to learn its nuances so I can really tap into all of the features that this little scanner offers.
