I use this product to help 2 - 3 year olds identify and positively cope with their "big feelings". I love that it uses faces of kids that they can relate to. So much more effective than all the animal/cartoon/?? products. It then offers real, usable options for coping, so the kids learn that the feeling is okay (i.e. "you can be angry"), but lets learn ways to handle that that are also okay. Great for typically developing little ones, and for those on the Spectrum!

This book is perfect for small kids and it’s good for big kids. Any child that has trouble regulating their emotions or recognizing them it’s also very perfect for Travel.

I bought this for my 3 year olds calm corner. It works really well and the pictures are great. There are a lot of different feelings so I think it would be better for a slightly older kid. But it is a nice book book to help my kid identify and us talk about his feelings

This and such a good guy to help children understand your emotions and then some of the feelings that follow very well written and laid out and wonderful illustrations. I'm very adorable as well and resistant to small amounts of water.

We got it to help our kiddos define their feelings when they don't always feel like talking. I like that it gave a description of the way the feeling made you feel. Only downfall it didn't have some of the other feelings that my kids felt were important, like hyper, anxious, motivated, disgusted, etc.

Nice quality poster with lamination. It’s perfect for my office and the students like the pictures.
