600 watts with 4s battery
Over 600 watts with a 4s 1500mah pack. My freewing 64mm f86 always had barely enough power for a hand launch with the included 5 blade fan on 3s. Now I calculate it to have approximately 400 watts/lb of thrust so performance should be insane. Can’t wait to try it out!

EDF ENGINE
Excellent, replaced the one in my futura 64 mm

Efficient and great overall edf
Amazing fan, very reliable, powerful and I used these in my hovercraft. They can blow plenty of air while not drawing too much current

Worked better than I thought it would
Some of these fan units are very expensive and I didn’t wanna throw out a lot of money on one just to fix a foam jet. I subbed this one in and it flew pretty well. Not a tremendous amount of power, but it’s flying. Requires nearly full throttle the whole time. If you’re not looking for stellar performance, and you crash a lot, I’d say this is worth it. I used it with a 4 cell Lipo and a 40 amp speed controller.

My only choice of EDF
I bought this unit to replace a 64 mm FMS unit on my F 16. The stock unit gave the plane a close to 1:1 thrust to weight ratio at around 800 g thrust to give or take 800 g weight. The thrust output of this new unit is a significant increase. It can be felt, pulling harder even in the hand before a throw a lunch, and while the model was not lacking in vertical performance originally it’s vertical performance has increased significantly, I can maintain speed in a vertical climb with half throttle or slightly more and gain speed with a full throttle vertical . Xfly EDF units will be my first choice from now on!

Has a great thrust and runs smoothly.
This EDF is working as described. Weight of my 3D printed jet was 1200 grams and wing span is 70cm. It was flying without any issues. Make sure to use strong esc and good battery. Mine was 200 gram 30/60c 3800mAh and 80A esc.

Powerful for its size
I didn't expect much for its size but paired with an 80 amp esc and a 4s it has some grunt. Time will tell once the plane I'm building takes its maiden flight but on the test bench in the plane its smooth and moves a ton of air at full throttle even on only 3s.

Powerful
Put this on my Neptune. 4s is definitely faster than the stock 3s fanUnfortunately, run Time drops about 60 seconds, so figure 4 minutes and then be on the ground with a 2200mAh
