Works as well as claimed. Terrific device.
Just got and used. I love this thing. I'm addicted to seltzer water, and now I have on demand. No need to run to store and no bottles to throw in landfill. Works as advertised. I bought this item because it can carbonate any pulp free liquid. Want to try to add a bit of fizz to Pino Gris so a bit more like a Vino Verde. Yeah....it's a bit of a luxury device, but worth it to me.

Best soda machine ever!!
I love it!! I had another leading brand but this is so much better, I also think it uses less co2 and more fizz! Also being able to fizz more things that others is great!!

They honor their warranty.
My unit stopped releasing the infusion cup after about a year. I notified the company and they misunderstood and sent an additional infusion cup. I set it all back on the shelf for a year then I disassemble it and found the problem. I requested replacement parts and they replied that was not user serviceable and asked for pictures. It was past the warranty period but they replaced the whole unit. Very impressive!

Carbonated coconut water.
My son comes home one day and says we should get another soda stream so he can make carbonated coconut water. So I start looking into a slew of carbonators only to find out that they all say for water only. You could probably do it anyway, but the soda stream bottles expire so they don’t eventually explode from the pressure so…yeah.My daughters like to carbonate apple juice. It’s quite convenient to just carbonate the mix you have rather than try to figure out how to add things in later without it being too diluted or bubbling over. You can even carbonate alcoholic beverages should you wish.Long story short, I feel like the versatility overcomes the price difference.
