Rewired a few rooms and APs from Cat5e to Cat6a and used these on my wall outlets. Fits great in my existing wall panels and had no issue punching them. Easy install, easy punch.

Easy to use, QuickPort compatible
I've been using Everest Media keystone jacks for some time now. They are easy to punch down with their EasyJack tool and they work really well. I chose them because they have lots of color options in stock (I color code my jacks), fair price, easy punchdown tool, and they work with Decora Quickport.

Yes, they DO fit in the narrow panel spaces
The shoulders are narrow so they can fit in the 24 port panels and the same space as Leviton quick port. However the locking clips are a little brittle. Also the body at the punch down lugs is pretty soft. Be careful with the punch down tool to keep from damaging it.
