Not for small , medium and big size, Its may be 4xl or 5xl size. Its uform and cotton mix not at all silicon.

These are over sized... it shud be normal or medium this big size is not for everyone who wear small medium or large size

This are a good Vaule for money and comfortable. I replaced all my old worn removable pads with these and I wish I didn't use the old ones to begin with. These are a great shape and fit comfortably around my boobs and easy to insert into a sports bras, I would 100% recommend these

Way better quality than what comes in the bra itself these days. Washes up well and stays put In bra.

These are a great buy! They fit in everything and are stitched, so there’s limited chance of the fabric pulling apart (like they do with the padding that comes with most cheaper bralettes or sports bras). Would recommend.

Las esponjas no son como la imagen, no tienen la orilla reforzada, solo viene recortadas.

I prefer no padding bras, but some occasions call for the need to hide the nips when a breeze comes along. It's nice to be able to inset one of these light linings to the bra's I already have vs having to buy some that have padding and ones that don't. I have had my pack for a while now, I have washed and worn them numerous times and they are still in amazing shape.
