These are great maternity undies!! True to size I got a large and was a medium pre pregnancy, but do have a large butt and even larger now lol they are good coverage in the back and a good breathable material. Will def order more!

Love these! They work great for pregnancy and postpartum. They are good quality, machine washable, and dryer safe. They are true to size and a good value for the price. Very comfortable too.

I got these because I have gained a little junk in my trunk and my c-section scar from a previous pregnancy is quite sensitive this go around. These are PERFECT. They have plenty of stretch and soft, and they’re not ugly which is a plus for hubby😂 If I have to get another c-section they also sit low enough that I could wear them postpartum with no issues!For reference: Pre-pregnancy I usually wear a s/m(depends on size) for underwear and I got a large since my backside has gotten quite a bit bigger. They’re a wee bit big in the back, but if I would have gotten a medium they would have been too tight on my butt for sure.

So.. I looked at the reviews and was wondering which size. I ordered the S, due to the measures indicated here. However, when I dressed it I felt it was fair. Tightening in the groin as I walk. If you prefer something tight on the body it will be fine. But I felt uncomfortable, so I took the M, and I'm glad I did. Because it was right, not loose and not tight. I'll leave the photos for comparison. I didn't find the size very discrepant. So I put it in different colors to compare, and one on top of the other. I'll leave my measurements before pregnancy: Waist: 29 and Hip: 36.Edit: I ended up forgetting to return and I have both sizes, in the second trimester size S didn't fit. And I still use size M even in my third trimester.I haven't gained any weight in the first trimester yet, but I've already felt my body swell, my old S panties don't fit anymore. So I found these that look comfortable, I liked the fabric. And also in case I have a C-section, I won't need to buy other ones, because they won't touch the scar.

Soooooo comfortable and breathable!Definitely size up.I'm usually a size medium while pregnant so I ordered the large and they fit perfectly!

I got size XL and started to wear these in my second trimester of pregnancy. I continued to wear these post partum as well. The underwear did what they were supposed to, the front would tuck underneath the baby bump and my big fat stomach after birth. But wearing these was not very comfortable. I have like no hip or butt shape, they're straight with small buttocks. The elastic band in the back would stretch out then the underwear would start sliding down in the back. I had to keep pulling them up as high as I could to get them to stay up throughout the day. I also felt like my lady bits could not breathe at all. I think the small white crotch patch was cotton but the rest of the underwear is polyester or some other unbreathable fabric so it held in alot of heat. I sweat a lot so this resulted in a swamp crotch. I believe sizing up or down wouldn't have helped, these just didn't work. I got a few different pairs of high waisted tummy control cotton briefs from Amazon that worked a lot better for me. I would not wear these again.

Perfect size for me. I bought a large and I am 145 lbs. It looked big when I first received it but when I put it on it fit me well so I was bigger then I thought. It’s right below the belly so the fit should be the same in my third trimester.

I really love these undies but as pregnancy goes I have quickly outgrown them and now they are tight around the leg holes. On the other hand the belly band adjusts very well to my changing belly. No discomfort there.
