Tailgate Step Light LED Truck Bed Multi-Pro Lamp Kit

Loving the look, fit and brightness. Installation took 10 minutes the instructions that it came with are not so great but plenty of YouTube videos out there. If they give me any problems anytime soon I’ll come back and update. IMPORTANT to note they do not automatically turn on with key fob you have to turn them on manually with the lights from the bed.

Good lights and generally easy to install. The only problem was there were no instructions so I wasn’t sure which connection to plug into. Took me 15 or 20 minutes to figure it out. Do you need to disconnect the small lights on the tailgate and connect there and plug it all together. It’s a little hard to unplug but it works good. Much brighter than GM ones.

Super brite. Installation simple. Pop out black plastic blanks whichever 2 holes you want to use. The hardest part was figuring out how the factory plug ( wires that lead to the small tailgate light) came apart. Slide the red tab down and with a small flat blade push the small black portion of the plug and it comes right apart. If you are wrestling with it your not pushing the right part of the plug. Need a light to see unless outside in bright sunlight. Wiring is 30 seconds plug and play. I've read other's complain of loose fit so silicone. Mine popped in tight enough I am not worried they'll fall out.

I picked up the HERCOO Tailgate Step Light kit for my Silverado 2500 HD, and they worked great. My truck didn’t come with the speaker system in the Multi-Pro tailgate, so I wanted something to fill the empty holes where the blanks were. These lights were a perfect match and added a nice touch to the tailgate. Plus, the extra light is always useful when I’m fishing, hunting, or working at night. I’m even thinking about picking up another set to fill all the openings. What you may care about: • Fits nicely in the factory Multi-Pro speaker cutouts. • Adds functional lighting where the truck originally had blanks. • Clean, simple upgrade that improves nighttime visibility.

Very easy to install, good fit but I wish they were brighter.

These fit fine, but I did use a little silicone to secure them in place (as suggested in the instructions. Took less than 10 mins. to install, and the plugs fit together securely. My only gripe is that the text of the instructions is poor. Fortunately, these are easy to install, so it didn't create a problem. One would think that the manufacturer would have someone edit the instructions before publishing to make the product even better.

These lights are great!! I out them in my 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500. Install took about 15 minutes and was very easy. I bought two pair and just linked them in line together. There is no splicing needed at all like another reviewer had mentioned. Two sets of these is still cheaper than one set directly from Chevy. I highly recommend this product.

Does not work on the Silverado EV LT. No light to connect to for power.

Very quick and easy install with the help of a YouTube video. Perfect snug fit, very bright day & night. Highly recommend. * installed on a 2023 Chevy Silverado 1500 ZR2 Bison

The item I received looked like the product they were comparing theirs to in the picture. Completely different set of lights on these than the pictures show. The wiring is no where near as nice as in the pictures either. Bought and returned one set thinking the wrong item was sent. Bought a second set that matched the first. I am returning both sets and will try with another brand.

Are loose in the hole fell out when shut the tail gate Had to use tow sided tape to hold them into place

Be aware .... They must not check their returns..? The box had the proper product number but, the lights were used and not at all what was described. There was 1 LED in the middle instead of 3 rows like the description states. Not impressed.
