Perfect... Second time buying it

I am on a fixed income, but I am also very health-conscious. I heard about the properties of Shilajit resin from reading several articles, and after looking at the choices available on Amazon, went with this product.The tiny plastic spoon that comes with this small jar is the apparent, recommended dosage. I put a dab in my coffee (along with a little reishi powder), and I think they work synergistically. My jar is just about empty, but I will have to wait a week or so to buy another one. Don't know whether Shilajit resin can be extracted/produced in a more economical way, or if the quality and efficacy would suffer, but I think someone should give it a-go, to make the product available to more people who could benefit from it.

I’ve tried many and I have to say this one is pretty good. I use this as a supplement but also for wounds. It’s one of the best things you can ingest for health of your intestinal tract. It works incredible for toothaches as well. The fact that it is marketed as a workout supplement or for energy is wild because it’s been used for its healing properties for hundreds of years if not more.Also, to the person who came to review that it tested for heavy metals, that is not the same thing as testing positive for significant levels of heavy metals. Please read critically. The product comes with a document stating that it was tested for heavy metals. Two separate labs tested it for heavy metals. This is a good thing, y’all. It doesn’t say high levels were present.I am hoping the product stays consistently good. So far, so good.
