These pills are actually really good. I used to take biotin a long time ago, but I had to stop because it cost me to have acne for some reason these pills don’t break me out which is why I love them. I highly suggest trying them if you have taken biotin in the past, but had to stop because of the acne the best way I can describe it is like it’s a lower dose kind of like a slow release typing so my face doesn’t break out, but I’m still getting all the benefits like hair nails, all that good stuff

I like the dosage of these. Just right, no more. Helping me restore my hair growth.

This has been helpful for me for hair regrowth after going through a period of hair loss. I had been hesitant to try biotin supplements because I heard higher doses could irritate skin, so I was looking for a lower dose.This supplement still has a decent amount of biotin but not so much that it irritates my skin. The pills are small and easy to take, and I haven't experienced any bad effects after taking these. My hair growth has increased a lot which I am thrilled about, since for a while I actually thought it was not possible to regrow hair in certain areas because it just wasn't growing.

So these are better than what my husband had purchased at the store. His were way more mg than these. But even these are way more mg than they should be for an adult. One of these is 20 days worth of this nutrient for a normal adult. I wish I could find biotin with the correct dosage. Another issue with all these subscrip & save vitamins & such is that they have way too many mg & then you get so many in an order that you'd only need to get them delivered once a year or so, but the longest period of time you can subscribe & save is 6 months.

These pills are small so I don't have to worry about choking on them. And it's helping me keep my hair!! And there not expensive

Have to take several to match up with what I had been taking. Won't reorder this strength.

This product has really improved. The growth of my hair and the thickness. It took about a month and I notice significant differences. Very happy with this product.
