I enjoyed my first time, unfortunately when I try to purchase it again it was unavailable/ out of stock! Don’t make delicious stuff without making enough of it to go round! 😈 But seriously, my first impression was « yum »: tasty with a good texture.

I absolutely love ramen and this is a great quick and easy vegan DIY version. Super warming and filling, great healthy and filling lunch. Love the cool charcoal noodles too, always causes heads to turn in the office!
