works well, very easy installation (see Youtube videos), order wall plate (not provided, so I procured locally) (the rectangular slot in wall plate is slightly bigger than the normal ones)

I got this to replace my PIR that does not work with CFL. Lo and behold this Lutron product dispersed any flickering. No problem with CFLs. Excellent!

As motion switch, this one works fine and has the benefit of both a manual on/off button and the ability to change its settings like the timeout without removing the switch from the box to move DIP switches or jumpers. It runs on minor parasitic power, so there's no extra wiring required, either. The downsides: 1. The first one I installed lasted under 5 years. That's actually a bit embarrassing. Worse, the failure mode was simply to leave the lights ON all the time. It no longer turned them off. The switch doesn't feel very substantial in spite of its size, which likely has something to do with all of this. I bought this one a second time just because I knew the wiring in the box was already ready to go with this model. 2. The switch is rather large (but mostly hollow it feels like). By itself in the wall box, it's probably OK. But in my 3-switch box with a fan timer in there, too, and the assorted wire nuts connecting the neutrals, hots, and grounds in various places, it's a REALLY tight fit. I wish it were half as deep as it is; then it would have fit without any difficulty at all. 3. The instructions for setting up the timeout could be simpler. You hold it down for one flash to put it in test mode, keep holding it until a SECOND flash for a 1 minute timeout, and keep holding until a THIRD flash for the 5 minute timeout, and so on. Most devices like this flash multiple times quickly. Thus, I was expecting to hold it down until it flashed 1 time, then 2 times in quick succession, then 3 times in quick succession, etc. That's not how this works. It took multiple tries to figure out what should have been clearer in the instructions.
