The non-stick surface works perfectly. The pizza doesn’t stick, and it’s super easy to clean. It heats evenly and gives a crispy crust. I’m very happy with this purchase.

We used these tonight for the first time. They worked great. They are truly non-stick and I easily slid my pizzas off onto a large cutting board. The pizza cooked evenly and the bottoms were crisp and not soggy or undercooked. We will be using these for our weekly pizza nights!

This really helps cook your pizza evenly. It has hundreds of small holes in it to heat the pizza from underneath so the pizza cooks more evenly. I’ve used it only on frozen pizza (which we all know will Never, Ever, taste like fresh pizza), with fairly decent results. It’s better than using a cookie sheet, imho.

Got this to replace an old pizza pan. Works great, but it's my bad that I got the 16" instead of the 14". The 16" is just too big for frozen pizzas. A pizza sits where the holes are (which is about 12" in diameter), so there is about two inches of bare pan all around the pizza. It's also very big to wash in my small sink and set in the dishrack to dry. Other than that, it cooks pizzas perfectly every time. Cleans easily, just don't use any kind of non-stick spray, you don't need it, and it will leave a residue that's hard to wash off. I find that when you go the cut your pizza, you have to hold it or use your other hand (in an oven mitt) as a backstop, because it will slide across the pan. And only use non-metal utensils on it, unless you want to scratch up the finish and ruin it (like the one I had to replace) Would definitely buy again, but if I ever need to, I'll just make sure to get the 14" one next time.
