Unexpected surprise of the good kind.
I was quite upset when I received this book. I thought I had deceptively been shipped a thoroughly used book. In fact, I had been shipped a thoroughly used book! In my oversight, I thought I was purchasing a new book. With that being said, I am quite happy to give this book new life. At its core, there is NOTHING wrong with this book. At least, nothing a small piece of tape would not fix. I highly doubt the seller is going to send any customer a book that is beyond reproach. The superficial damage of the book I received is immaterial, and I am very happy with my purchase. I do hope other customers will consider buying used books in the future. This English-Spanish dictionary will serve me well for many years.

It's kinda basic and lacks some words in Spanish. But it does a pretty good job.

Helped my daughter
My daughter found these very helpful during high school. The paper back holds a while. It has actually lasted for my son thru high school as well who is now about to graduate. So this book has held for 4 years tough.

Very wide vocabulary
I like the book, it's going to be a big help with my journey to speak a different language. The condition of the book was a little disappointing, the corners were a little damaged, it almost seemed to be a used book. Still it's going to be a big help.

Easy to Carry and Convenient
If you're looking for a simple translation dictionary to use for a spanish class (or for your own personal reference), this one has practically everything you need. It's small enough to fit on my desk without being a nuissance, and it offers multiple words for different contexts, which is especially helpful since a lot of online dictionaries make it so you have to sift through to find the right word variation for that context. I especially recommend this to those with professors that prohibit electronic dictionaries but permit physical ones!
