Gluten free and Gerd friendly
A year its taken me to realise their was gravy that didn't give me acid reflux, having tried numerous others. Given this is gluten free too as my husband has intolerance, I personally now couldn't be without this gravy. For those sensitive to onion, gluten, salt, garlic or anything else, this is a win win. It has a lovely smooth flavour. Can be as thick as you lir. Just add a little water to the powder, then boiling water.

Low fodmap and vegan
Have tried 3 out of 4, so far, they are very nice. Low fodmap suitable and very handy for when you don't want to make your own.Add a little water to the powder first of all, stir it well (as you would with cornflour) then add the remainder of the boiling water. Helps stops any lumps.Delivery was very quick even though not included with Prime at time of ordering.

For Plant based -- tasty...
Even though, in my opinion, not as tasty as the regular brands you buy in the Supermarket; tasty enough considering there are no additives, etc. (see item description). I've sampled two or three of them and am very satisfied. Please note that you will need to stir when you add the water a little more than the regular brands but no big deal. Suggest you try :)

Loose stools from onion and garlic
Onions and garlic are a common cause of loose stools. The problem is also caused by onion powders and pastes that are added to food products and even a tiny amount of onion powder will cause the stool symptoms. Onion powder is added to pies, sauces, baked beans, curries and many others, look at the labels! I have to make my own pies and curries and use foods without onion powder that include Heinz beans, McDonalds burgers and these gravy mixes which are the only mixes I could find without added onion powder.
