Which blade and setting would you use for a Cricut maker?

I use the premium fine point blade, 320 cutting pressure and "multi-cut" 2x

I'm trying to make a clear pattern/stencil for sewing purposes. I'm wondering if this product would be appropriate..

A stencil, maybe. Not for pattern, it is less than paper thin and a little larger than a sheet of paper. I use it for ID badge windows for the badge holders I make. Greta quality for my purposes

What settings and blade to use on Silhouette Cameo 2 or 3 (not 4)?

Suggested Cut Settings: Blade 3, Speed 2, Force 33, Passes 1
