I have been battling an ulcer caused by h pylori. This was highly recommend to help heal my stomach lining esp since I was struggling with nausea so bad and pills were hard to take.The good: it totally helped heal my stomach lining and I was pain free in 4 days. Amazing. I was feeling great actually all throughout the entire day... exceptThe Bad: at night, shortly after my 2nd dose I got terrible heartburn every night while using this. My ND said 100% it's the xylitol which WELL known for heartburn, gas, bloating... all side effects I was already suffering with because of h pylori and exacerbated by the xylitol. Why any digestive aid supplement would have any such sweetener in it just baffles me.So, I only do 1 dose in the am and use a different brand that's a capsule in the PM. Coming leaps and bounds now. Remove the sweetener and it'll get 5 stars because my pain and signs of internal bleeding are gone. But the heartburn for night after night was AWFUL!

It's a tasty little melting tablet. However, the label is confusing whether the total usable zinc is 8 mg or 29 mg. Please clarify this! If it's only 8 mg, then makers should at least double the zinc content per tablet. There are only 30 tablets per bottle so if I take 2 tablets to get 100% daily zinc, there is only 15 days of tablets - which isn't much.

This stuff works!!! I have acid reflux and have been working for years on it. Taking this plus adding some HCL supplements have doe an amazing job in just a few short weeks. Just so you know, if you are over 40 and have reflux chances are your problem is too LITTLE stomach acid, not too much. Undigested food ferments in your stomach creating gas and bloating, which pushes the acid back up your esophagus. HCL takes care of that, and Zinc Carnosine heals the sores in the lower esophagus. Arrived OK, but shipped in a poorly lined or unlined envelope with another product that was a liquid. Although the liquid did not leak, I was very disappointed at the poor shipping!

I bought these for my zinc deficient kids. We have not had them retested since taking these, but the kids love them. They taste good and the texture is good. Hopefully their tests improve

These pills melt quickly in your mouth. This is ideal for those people with swallowing problems. Also they do not irritate your stomach. And they taste good.

very poor labeling and so small I can't read...need to regularly refer back to website...not good for seniors with old eyes who have gastric problems.

I have a family member who is currently following orthomolecular protocols and gets tired of swallowing supplements all of the time. This product allows them to continue with their protocol without the dissatisfaction of swallowing a bunch of pills. They taste great also.
