Very cheap quality
I opened this item today and pulled out the "tape" and it would not retract. Very cheap construction and weak spring. Not recommended.

Handy little product that's small and compact. Works perfect for my needs as an EMT - and works great alongside the Broselow. Very intuitive and didn't require any additional training.
