Not very colourful
Nicely made in fair packaging but it has very little colour. This one is close to being clear. Disappointing but too late to replace before Christmas.

The item received had a crack in the bottom
This is not very usual but the item had a crack in the bottom. As I need this for some purpose, so could not return it as I did not have time. This is very bad, items must be checked thoroughly before sending. otherwise as customer I feel cheated.
