Luggage

I saw a kid with one of these in Mexico and was fascinated. I'm in my mid-50s, fit and adventurous so thought I'd see if I could find one. Did a search on amazon as soon as I got back to the states and found this one. Decided to roll the dice and try it out. OMG I LOVE this suitcase. Its perfect for weekend trips and the scooter comes in super handy in big airports or short layovers. Everyone stops me and wants to try it. Especially kids. Parents, adults, senior citizens.... everyone is fascinated by it. The scooter is super sturdy and fast/smooth and easy to engage or disengage. Because of the super sturdy scooter, the bag is a bit heavy for its size but clears TSA easily (with a few odd looks) and has fit in every overhead bin I've needed to put it in. If you don't mind people staring and talking to strangers who inquire, I highly recommend this bag.

Flying with my 4 1/2 year old grandson. Considered one of those “ride-on” suitcases, but knowing how active he is, I purchased this “scooter suitcase”. He LOVED it & it was a godsend. We walked a lot in the airports & this enabled him to keep up with us (sometimes passing us). Suitcase comes off & scooter can be used by itself. So many people asked us where we got it.

Do not buy. I spend allot of money on this unit and tried to get a hold of the manufacturer and even Amazon doesn't have their contact, which means it's not a reputable vendor.The second time I used it it broke but unfortunately it was after the 1-month window that it was eligible for returns and Amazon will not refund or replace.My taxi driver, when removing the scooter from his trunk, accidentally pressed the red button that lowers/raises the handle height as he pulled on the handle and it broke.The design is flawed. The almost paper-thin plastic (1/16") is all that holds the handle bar of the scooter to the vertical bar and will snap with the scooter weigh alone (without the luggage installed).If you own this, return it, or be very careful not to accidentally touch the red button when pulling up the scooter handle, they will all break. The red button needs to be placed on a different location or the handle bar needs to have a metal stopper instead of a thin plastic to prevent the handle bar from extending past the end of the scooter vertical bar.

We travel a lot internationally that means a lot of connections and walking from one terminal to another and with a 5 year old girl it is almost chaotic. She used a trunki suitcase before but we decided to change it for a better one so she can use it for a couple more years. First trip 5 stars, the suitcase worked perfectly, she used it 4 times to move from one terminal to another. I'll make an update as she use it more. The only bad thing for me is that it weighs a little more than his previous suitcase but that is because the scooter is made of durable material.

Quality is good….functional an works as it should just wish it didn’t take 2 weeks to get…..Amazon as a whole used to be better than what it is with the airlines an all the advantages there are why does it take 2 weeks? It almost didn’t even make it in time for our trip…took 3 days after you order to even ship….why doesn’t it go out within 24/hrs….
