A Cook's Tour Paperback – 7 October 2002

I have read just 3 chapters of the book and have decided to read more as I travel thru Europe this September.Found the book difficult to put down....so have packed it with my clothes for travel.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book.This is my second book by Bourdain. Not a single page was boring. Humour, exotic food, exotic locations and the vintage Bourdain humour and language - explosive mix! Lived up to my expectations! I watch 'No Reservations' regularly and now his books give a better perspective of this man and his life.

Takes you to many countries and tells about their food. A good book for a foodie and a traveller .

At the very least, this book in inspiring; in that, it makes you want to pack a bag and head towards the unknown immediately! Couple that with true love for food and you have yourself a sensational book with the very honest and witty writing style characteristic of AB.
