I am so disappointed

I bought the lock 2 days ago, registered my fingerprint and worked fine (in Dubai), and had my flight back to Cairo, and guess what, I M not able to open my Delsey bag which has my laptop and iPad.Unbelievable 👎🏻

Atypical USB C port

Warning:It is USB C but not a standard one.The USB port is recessed into the lock and thus requires an extended-tip USB C cable. I have never seen a USB C like this.It looks like the normal one but is slightly longer. The regular shorter ones will not make contact.
