Easy to use. The right size. Used to scald chickens b4 going into the plucker (2-3 at a time). Also works great for turkeys. We raised 10 turkeys for the freezer. This pot perfect fit for (1) 45lb (b4 processing) turkey.

Takes a while to heat the water but we cooked #18 2 lb lobsters for a party. Worth the investment for your own clam bake!
