Magimix | Compact System 3200XL - White

Super happy with this purchase. I’ve been eyeing the magimix range for awhile now, and was really pleased to see this newer model, with three bowls, released.It’s so easy to use. Comes with a basic cook book that provides everyday recipes.If you’re looking to expand your culinary skills and save time in the kitchen, buy this machine!!

I bought this food processor to replace a 4L KitchenAid one which was enormous, fiddly and awkward to store. The Magimix is a much better size, easy to use and easy to clean. The storage box is great for keeping the accessories in and it isn’t too big. The different size bowls are very useful to use and can be removed depending on the size chosen. Some people have complained that when using the smaller bowls the bigger bowl gets dirty. I certainly haven’t had that problem. The slicers and graters work very well. They grate and slice evenly. So far I am really enjoying using the processor and look forward to many years of use. Also, if you order one before the 31st of January you can go onto the Magimix Uk website and claim a free Emile Henry bread cloche or a free spiralizer. Both of which are worth over £100.

This is much better than the Kitchenaid 3.1L food processor (which broke after a few months). But its still a little disappointing. The dough blade doesn't work, the machine overheated when making an enriched dough. Also the mini bowls don't really work (items spill into the large bowl). There is only one speed "automatic", how can it be "automatic" !? as it doesn't know what you are trying to chop!! So for dough or other food it is basically just on or off which is disappointing. It does chop well when using the large bowl.

Had a few different machines over the years this magimix is the best from ease of use, quite,dishwasher safe, not chinese,it is expensive but you get what you paid for.

I decided to treat myself to a new magimix when I saw this at a bargain price. Nothing wrong with my 1984 model but a wider range of blades are now available and I love the wider chute. Cleaning is easy but a lot of it. I haven’t been able to use the smaller bowls without the larger ones needing a wash as well. I’m sure this one will outlive me.
