Don't fool yourself, they taste great!
I love Kraft Caramel, so when I first tasted one of these, I noticed it tasted different than the Kraft, richer taste maybe, and I was not pleased, almost threw them away. Then I read the ingredients and everything is the same except these are made with whole milk verses skim milk for the kraft carmels. That probably explains the taste difference. I like whole milk so I ate more, and more, and more, and more. Now I love them; they taste great!

Ridiculously hard to open.
I have bought these 7 times now. I love the taste and so do our guests... but they are very hard to open and it's only gotten worse over time. The juice just ain't worth the squeeze anymore. Time to try others.

Soft texture and mild flavor, but affordable.
When it comes to most bulk candy, you get what you pay for. This product was the cheapest caramel I could find by weight to satisfy an irrational urge for caramel that rippled through my family like a flu virus. It did the job for the less discerning of us, but fell short for me personally. The texture is extra soft and melts in your mouth rather than offering a satisfying, sticky chew, and the flavor is a bit bland and tastes more creamy than rich. If you need to cheaply scratch an itch and don't want your caramel to stick in your teeth, this may be the one for you.

Basic caramel cube. Lacking much flavor There are better tasting caramels out there These would be good for taffy apples but not much more

They taste horrible and hardas a rock.
I'm giving it one star, but it really doesn't deserve one star at all. These are hard as rock and they do not taste like regular normal caramel. I was very disappointed. I will not buy this again. And do not recommend it. They were not fresh and you could not chew them. I tried three different caramels, but they were all bad if I could get my money back, I would like that.
