Why won't Amazon ship this in Sacramento?

Although this item SOLD AND SHIPPED BY AMAZON and is listed as IN STOCK, when customers across the US, (California, North Carolina, New Jersey, Virginia, New York, Texas, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Colorado, Minnesota) including those in large metropolitan areas (Dallas, Chicago, San Francisco, Sacramento, Oakland) try to BUY it on Amazon - Amazon tells them it "can't be delivered to your address". According to customer questions this has been going on since AT LEAST September 2022 when Amazon told a customer that it was "code glitch" and to "try back in a week." It's still a problem NOW - Feb. 7, 2023. Amazon "strives to be Earth's most customer-centric company"??? Puleeeeze.

Is the diet version being replaced with the zero version? What is the difference in the two? The zero version doesn’t taste as good.

I just compared the ingredients of the new zero sugar version with the old diet Gingerale version. They are not, repeat not the same. I haven’t tasted the new version yet. I’ve been looking all over town to just keep buying the diet before they disappear. I hope it won’t be as bad as the difference between diet Coke and Coke zero.

Why does it show in stock for Amazon Fresh but when I check out it says it can't be shipped???
